Britian's Bionic Woman

Michelle Ryan is one of the finest young actresses to come out of the UK. With dark hair, and a smouldering pout, the young beauty has left audiences lusting after her ever since she first appeared on TV. Michelle Ryan is better well known as Zoe Slater form the BBC1 EastEnders. Zoe arrived in Walford with her family in September 2000 when she was just 15 years old. She entered on with a shocking story line, ‘my mum is my sister’. Had an explosive five years with juicy roles to get into. However Zoe left Walford for Ibiza in 2005 leave Michelle to explore new areas. Since then Michelle has really pushed herself and landed a fantastic role in the drama ‘The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll And Mr Hyde’. Staring the talented James Nesbitt She has stared in a few one-off dramas, such as period piece Mansfield Park.

Having relocated to America in a bid to crack Hollywood, the beautiful actress has set her sites on following actress such as Keira Knightly. She is now staring in the NBC drama The bionic Woman. Bionic Woman is an American science fiction television drama created by David Eick.. The series is a re-make of the original television series, The Bionic Woman, created by Kenneth Johnson and based on the novel Cyborg by Martin Caidin. The series revolves around bartender Jaime Sommers, who is saved from death after receiving experimental medical implants. Michelle’s character has special powers and is left trying to raise her sister. Jaime agrees to work for the Group that performed her surgery.

Michelle thoughts on her role:

“ I just love the character. I feel of all the parts I have ever played, this is a favorite. I feel like it is great. I love the fact that Jaime is a tomboy. She is in her trousers and her jackets. Yes, she is sexy, and yes, she is smart, but she is very much a model woman in the fact that she doesn't need to flaunt that. She doesn't flirt to get what she wants. She is direct and smart. I am always drawn to strong characters. I watched Angelina Jolie on "Tomb Raider." I feel good about myself. I want to be like that and I want to be strong. I hope that is what young girls will feel when they watch Jaime.”

Hollyoaks Rising the Bar in Soap Land

It's all about Hollyoaks!!!

The channel four soap has only been running since 1995 and has turned up the heat in soap land. Hollyoaks has taken soaps to a new level with a Hollywood glamour feel. With hunky lads and sexy babes storming the set it's no wonder it's a massive hit with the young population. The soaps steamy storylines often see the characters in skimpy outfits that leave nothing to the imagination. Leaving Hollyoaks successfully publishing two yearly calendars since 2001 featuring both ‘Hollyoaks Hunks’ and ‘Hollyoaks Babes’.

It’s the only major soap that uses chart music, which really helps keep its audience interested. It was also the only soap to be nominated in every category for the 2007 British Soap Awards and winning sexiest female (Roxanne McKee who plays Louise Summers) at the Inside Soap Awards. The soap offers something different from what’s out there already. With realist issues constantly appearing it’s keeping the soap fresh and exciting.

What’s going on in Chester this week?

• Gilly and Ryse are convinced Simon is a paedophile and are waiting to catch him out.
• Jakes frustrated by the tension between him and packs his bags leaving Nancy.
• Already feeling low Ste gets another knock down after getting sacked Amy takes away Ste's money.

There's so much more going on in Soap Land. If you want a sneek preview whatsontv can let you know in advance what's going to happen.

Sister Act - Mitchell Girls

These two hotties have been stirring up the square the moment they stepped foot in the Vic. The Michel sisters Ronnie and Roxy have given the soap a new boost of life.
The two sexy, single sisters have raised eyebrows since taking over the management of the Queen Vic. They’ve taken over the management of the local club and named it R&R after themselves. The feisty two are up for anything and can more than handle themselves.
After running a bar in Ibiza this sister act is bringing a bit of excitement to the square. We have already seen them drinking, partying, scheming and now fighting. I wonder what else this duo has to show us?

The bbc site has loads more pictures and interview with the daring duo.
